Chakras 2 today. Focal point was the hips. 5 consecutive weekends now of Bikram and today I did a lot of the poses without struggling as much as I did. Even though thinking that once every weekend wasn’t going to do much as far as stretching, It works.
Hit up the Union City Farmers Market immediately after for my weekly serving of veggies & the typical Iced black coffee w caramel from Paddys. The Hummus guy, young middle eastern with a family company from San Leandro offered me the Avocodo Hummus again.. Just for remembering I bought it last week, I did.
So far, I’ve kicked off my weekend to a relaxing stretch.. now time to hold the up dog on an inhale and last the rest of the weekend.

Summer 2011 & Now. I’ve tried hard eating like a machine to put on weight. After consuming 5 meals daily at around 3000-3500 calories I bulked on 10 solid pounds. A lot in my legs as well. I didn’t have my lower abs last year but I do now. I took these pics post workout and was pretty fatigued to be photo flexing but I sent these pictures to a trainer for advice and thought I’d share my hard work with you all. Stay motivated!
